New Stars Take The Stage At Moulin Rouge

Moulin Rouge! The Musical has announced new casting as it continues its successful West End run at the Piccadilly Theatre, now booking until 23 May 2026.

From 13 October 2025, Karis Anderson, currently starring in Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, will take on the role of Satine, while Alistair Brammer, known for Miss Saigon, joins as Christian. They replace Natalie Kassanga and Dom Simpson, whose final performances will be on 11 October.

Craig Ryder and Ben Richards remain with the show as Harold Zidler and The Duke, alongside Richard Lloyd King, who joins the company as Toulouse-Lautrec.

Set in Paris in 1899, Moulin Rouge! The Musical immerses audiences in the glamour, extravagance, and bohemian spirit of the iconic nightclub, blending theatrical spectacle with a hit-packed score.

Directed by Alex Timbers with a book by John Logan, the production features choreography by Sonya Tayeh, orchestrations by Justin Levine, set design by Derek McLane, costumes by Catherine Zuber, lighting by Justin Townsend, and sound design by Peter Hylenski.

The ensemble includes Ivan De Freitas as Santiago, Lindsey Tierney as Nini, and Angela Marie Hurst as Alternate Satine, along with a large supporting company.

Based on Baz Luhrmann’s celebrated film, Moulin Rouge! has become a global hit, recently celebrating its 10 millionth visitor worldwide.

The West End production continues at the Piccadilly Theatre, where it has extended its booking period to May 2026.
