The electrifying immersive musical Oscar at the Crown will play its final performance in London on 30 November 2025. The announcement marks the end of the show’s acclaimed West End run, which has dazzled audiences with its mix of glitter, rebellion, and high-energy storytelling.
Set in a post-apocalyptic future where pop culture and literature collide, Oscar at the Crown reimagines Oscar Wilde as the centre of a dazzling underground party. Through music, dance, and sharp social commentary, the production explores fame, exile, and identity in a world obsessed with celebrity.
The show opened earlier this year at a purpose-built venue near Tottenham Court Road, combining live performance with nightclub-style staging. It quickly built a loyal fan following thanks to its striking visuals, inclusive cast, and boundary-pushing design.
As the show enters its final weeks, Billie Kerr joins the cast as Constance Wilde from 20 November, following Elizabeth Chalmers’s departure. RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jan Sport, who portrayed Wilde through mid-November, helped bring international attention to the production.
Oscar at the Crown has stood out as one of the most original theatrical experiences in London — a bold mix of cabaret, club, and classic drama that redefined what immersive theatre can be. Its upcoming final performances promise an unforgettable farewell for fans of Wilde, dance, and avant-garde performance alike.
