The Snowman London theatre show is based on Raymond Briggs' much-loved picture book, which has become a cherished Christmas classic for generations. The story follows a young boy whose snowman magically comes to life on Christmas Eve, leading to an unforgettable adventure through the night.
This year, The Snowman returns to the West End in a brand-new staging, bringing the beloved story to life with beautifully crafted puppets, live music, dance and plenty of festive magic. Howard Blake's iconic score, including the unforgettable Walking In The Air, remains at the heart of this enchanting family production.
The new production is directed and choreographed by Olivier award-winning Will Tuckett, known for Into the Woods at the Royal Opera House and The Nutcracker at the National Ballet of Japan. Set and costume design comes from multi-award-winning designer Anna Fleischle, whose credits include Punch and 2:22 A Ghost Story.
Whether you're introducing little ones to The Snowman for the first time or returning to a much-loved Christmas tradition, this magical adventure is the perfect festive treat for audiences young and young at heart.
